It's possibile to do wine/gastronomic routes and visit all of the most prestigious wine cellars in all Tuscany (you'll need to book first)

From the Tufo delle Tre Querce, with a 1 hour long, beautiful walk, you can reach San Gimignano, through breath taking landscapes.
